This mod contains a modular station with four modules.Also doesn't seem to matter if you use the buildings described as "decoration" - if it connects to the street, Cargo/Passengers still flow. Type doesn't seem to matter - Cargo will still move through a Passenger building to get to a Cargo platform, and passengers will still move through a Cargo building to get to a Passenger Platform.Storage seems to be based purely on the size/type of the platform - doesn't matter which type, size, or quantity of buildings are connected to the platform, the storage size is proportional only to the size of the platform before becoming overloaded.I understand they provide a street access point, but the practical theories I tried in some limited testing in Sandbox mode had no effect: ![]() What I'm asking specifically is if there is any financial reason to use anything other than a small cargo or passenger building at your train stations? The larger buildings and extra decorative side buildings cost more in maintenance so I was looking to see if that was justifiable early on for more than just making my stations look good/correct.
